Classic, stage-appropriate growing pains. Additions to leadership are encouraging, especially in HR and culture items that are improving. Global, remote nature of the business can be a challenge (not uncommon these days for other companies too).

- Like many have stated here, there are some very smart, knowledgable, and supportive individuals at the company who actually care about the products they're building. - Used to be remote-first, but now they've started pulling people back into the office

- Lack of direction/vision from leadership - Leadership has little-to-no experience in gaming. Most of them used to be consultants with no hands-on experience in any of the teams they lead - Neverending changes and restructuring of the organization that has led to confusion among team members and a series of layoffs in the past few months - Leadership lacks experience in managing teams which leads to wasted resources and unnecessary hires, which in turn, leads to constant layoffs and restructuring - Leadership loves to chase down the next "big idea" without much thought or strategy and builds teams around them only to have them shut down and laid off after a few months
