The product is decent but it doesn't always perform well and there is a revolving door with the PM's and salespeople that doesn't look good for the clients.
Contras
There is no sales or marketing strategy at all. The sales pitch was supposed to be modified in June and nothing was changed. Clients have not been happy with product and in a very crowded industry the product doesn't stand out. The head of the client advisory board left after a botched project. The company has been trying to move from channel sales to direct sales and neither side of the business has done well. The channel team lost the largest client to Relativity and hasn't filled that revenue void. Direct clients complain about buying directly from catalyst or a channel partner. There have been many layoffs but no new strategy. The projects are increasing but the revenue has been declining.
