I have been working at Codekeeper for 18 months and it has been a good experience. As a small company, we have a tight-knit team that works remotely. The company fosters a culture of innovation and creativity, encouraging us to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table. Despite being remote, getting to know team members is easy and enjoyable, thanks to regular virtual meetups and collaborative projects. The support from management and colleagues is exceptional, ensuring that we have everything we need to succeed in our roles.
Contras
One positive downside is the high level of autonomy and responsibility given to each team member. While this can be challenging at times, it greatly accelerates personal growth and helps in developing strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
