At the same time, members of my team aren't afraid to admit when something is out of their wheelhouse. Those who thrive at DocSend work hard and embrace asking for help. We may work individually sometimes, but we accomplish as a team. - I have never worked in such a genuinely warm, upbeat, and positive environment. It's not all about being extroverted necessarily, either. Shy or outspoken, new or an OG, people at DocSend truly care about each other -- that shows as well. - At DocSend, the teams are lean, and I've gotten opportunities to learn and grow that I don't think I would've gotten elsewhere. Aside from a true investment in both mentorship and outside education opportunities, I have noticed that there's a real consideration of how people here want to professionally grow, and it's something managers care about and remember. - Every day I face a new challenge, but I never feel like I'm going it alone.
