Company does little to retain talented employees and management invests more into unused equipment than in its workforce. They have lost many customer accounts due to their inability to scale up production effectively and deliver repeatable results. Management and sales are disconnected to engineering and some managers don't even show up to work. Some of their sales technique seem rather deceptive.
