Hostile Work Environment - No Work Life Balance - Avaliação de funcionários no cargo de Funcionário(a) sigiloso(a) na empresa Invensys

Joined 4 months ago. During the interview, they kept pushing "Schneider Electric" on me, so I was under the impression that I was joining the parent company. After joining, the HR seemed clueless as to what was happening - why? Because apparently the HR is outsourced to a third party! No one seems to know what's happening around here, and there are virtually no escalation channels. Even the acquisition/merger isn't complete so the policies are all scattered here and there. Nothing is streamlined and the micromanagement would kill you. During interview, they tell you about WFH options and how they do not stretch their shifts etc etc, but after joining, I see the exact opposite and I stay for at least 12 hours every day! 4 months, and I am already thinking of running away and never turning back!!!
