Prós
- Marsh is good if you need to get into an entry level broking position - Some career opportunities if you're happy to play the game
Contras
- Will make you work 4 peoples roles for the same pay - Global hire freezes ensure that people who leave never get replaced - Team leaders are powerless and company yes men/women - Any feedback offered to try and change is ignored - Uses the most outdated broking system on the market - Coworkers are very cliquey, feels very much like going back to high school - Promotion based on a lot of nepotism, who you're friends with in the totem pole or just how long you can stick it out and not based on any actual talent or merit - A lot of coworkers are lazy and some i wouldn't trust to tie their own shoelace, let alone handle someone's livelihood and protect their business in the event of a total loss - Claims are a shambles, clients pay premiums for no real service - Lower pay than the rest of the industry
