Poor Management, no training, no progression - Avaliação de funcionários no cargo de Funcionário(a) sigiloso(a) na empresa NETGEAR

Complete lack of diversity and inclusion. No training approved. Very poor management and Nepotism. Bully and fear tactics from top management filters down so it’s a challenge to perform well as doing thigs right in NETGEAR is not the way things are done. All projects receive an unrealistic deadline are never achieved so projects are mostly done backwards. Lots of patting on the back for job well done but the reality is very different. Challenge to be motivated in such an environment with very little positives.
