•Little micromanagement, the company is so understaffed nobody has the time… With the exception of the Japanese Upper Management. They do not even communicate with the employees •Cool robots, when they work

•If you are not in a Sales position, you are treated as peasants by the upper management •Unless you are single-handedly contributing to the company's sales quota, you are treated as an inconvenience •The moral is dreadful, nobody engages with one another. A very negative environment •The building is rundown, old, and dirty. •If you are paid by the hour vs salary, you will be fired foe overtime. •The company is so cheap I presumed we were significantly in the red, rather the opposite! Financial priorities are ONLY to sell robots. •I was fired for APPROVED overtime pay.
