    Prós

    They are acquiring a lot of other companies so there is room for growth. Benefits such as medical and dental as an employee are great. You get two bonuses every year. Most other companies only provide one. FTO (Flex Time Off) is unlimited and at the discretion of manager. Unlimited options to learn and develop. They pay for certifications and continued education. You can expense a lot of things like gym membership, internet, etc. They give you a stipend in addition to your salary to use for pretty much anything you want. Working remote is amazing. You can choose between a brand new MAC or Windows laptop. Pay for your internet with your stipend.

    Contras

    People are very judgmental and love to use foul language. Morale in some areas is very low. Some people do not even want to see others succeed and don't give them awards or recognition. If you work for a controlling, self-centered manager it may be hard to get FTO. There needs to be more HR accountability. Unaware if there is even an employee relations because the onboarding is not very thorough. Not many people of color in upper management positions. No team work efforts. It's all about "me ,me, me!" Many of the employees do not care about career growth. They get comfortable in a position and do not want to move or further their learning. Turnover rate is high especially for engineers because of the office politics and inability to take off and have work life balance. Upper management (leads and directors) not aware of what the people under them do and let their senior managers do what they want. They only go by results. If results are low then there is a problem.
