You get paid a paycheck every 2 weeks.

If you are hired you will see that your paychecks come from a "Performance Systems Acquisition Company, LLC" which will make much more sense to you the longer you are there. They buy a smaller regional provider seemingly every month or every other month. The problem is they never integrate the businesses together, so each of them have their own processes, pricing, etc. Processes within the original PSI branches are deeply broken and management does absolutely nothing to improve them. There is literally no onboarding or training process to speak to. They basically hand you a computer, get you your logins and tell you to get to work. The "training" hey have you do barely scratches the surface on what you will need to know about the industry to succeed. So you better either come to the company with prior experience, or spend long hours training yourself about the industry. Upper management has an attitude that they are never wrong and they will not listen to any suggestions for process improvement, or any other ways to attack the business to get better results. PSI was by far the most dysfunctional company I have ever worked for.
