- "flexibility" in shifts means nothing, you just get told when to work on a 10am-10pm schedule - new HR policy makes it so people with low hours basically have no paid leave (only the second day of paid leave is paid, not the first. what if you only work two days a week, non-consecutive?) - they expect you to start 15mins earlier and end 15mins later - 30mins of unpaid labour - management expects you to work until 10pm but they leave the office at 5 - very cool when you have to hand in equipment -business based on turnover: don't expect promotions, more hours, or higher pay, expect to be expendable -high performance means nothing - new HR policy promises higher pay based on performance, but i haven't seen anything like it in the first year I've been here
