Prós

A very positive culture with LOTS of teamwork. Everyone is trying their best to push this product up a steep hill and you are well supported by leadership.

Contras

The product itself is a definite "nice to have" and the current climate in the tech industry is very strict. "Nice to have" products are very hard to justify and Rattle is consistently figuring this out. The story of Rattle is constantly changing and it doesn't seem leadership can agree on a direction, which is definitely impacting sales performance.
