Prós

Nice work environment near the beach. Nice colleagues. Each event was different making the position interesting.

Contras

Certain Management worked remotely from a different city making it harder to communicate. Lack of sympathy/empathy for employees. Pay wasn't ideal.

Great place to work. The entire team was very trusting of each other and therefore politics was minimized.

Contras

It was a tight ship, so not a lot of resources.
