It's exhausting, especially when even the smallest issues are treated as big failures. Also, the company offers very little transparency around career progression. It feels like what was initially discussed in terms of growth potential is often dismissed or ignored.

Rentman is a relaxed, fun and inclusive place to work. The ambiance is relaxed and colleagues are always willing to help. Being located in a beautiful historical building in the centre of Utrecht makes it a great workplace. And the free lunch is awesome! There are many after work activity in which you can participate. As a former rental company owner it is a great opportunity to get a more deep insight in the industry and help companies get their work done. There are always new things to learn, new use cases to explore and new companies to get in contact with.

As interesting as the industry is, there is also a learning curve to get to know the users and how and why they work, especially if you're not familiar with the rental business.
