Most of the employees are cool people. Pay is good for someone just starting out, but doesn't scale well. Really easy to get hired if you know someone already working there, or if you are connected to one of their existing clients.
Contras
The two people running the company are toxic and foolish, regularly making poor decisions and dropping the failure on their struggling employees. There is no HR department, so any issues are handled subjectively, and if the company president has set her sights on you, your life will be hell until you either crack and quit, or make enough mistakes under the pressure for her to get you fired. The companies product is bottom of the barrel, and the direct clients are cheep and entitled. This company also works under "White Label" for larger clients, requiring you to lie through your teeth to most of the customers your will be asked to manage. Virtually every employee (or at least, all the employees that don't get special treatment) is required to act as a receptionist and an account manager, on top of their primary responsibilities. At least 50% of the work you do will not be related to your job description.
