- Certain departments are understaffed - Transparency from the top is an issue - Things can get a bit hectic

I loved working a SoClean. The atmosphere was amazing and collaboration is at an all time high.

Covid hit them hard and workforce downsizing occurred. Once this happened many people were wearing multiple hats which got to be very overwhelming.
