    It's all downhill from here

    Starting pay, benefits, work from home option

    Contras

    You can see the culture going downhill. It used to be a good place to work but they keep forcing more and more Dell folks to come onboard and it's becoming unbearable to work here. Management used to describe working here as "having the feel of a start up but the stability of a large company". Senior/C-Suite leadership is leaving left and right. Pay and benefits are no longer competitive. Diversity and inclusion programs are just for show. Management doesn't actually care about DEI. Promotions are based on who you know and how well you say "yes" to everything. No well thought out path for career progression. Everyone is new so if you're tenured, you're always teaching other people what to do. People cycle in and out. This isn't a place to build a career.
