    People who work on the floor are phenomenal

    The way to move up in the company is to be friends with the people up top. This is realistic in that you see this with a ton of jobs, but at Juno it is especially apparent. Management seemingly spends more time positing selfies on social media than they do supporting their employees. They make the office feel like middle school, and call people in for serious meetings over very small mistakes. There is also little... room for growth. The company makes a lot of promises which don't happen, and also is also likely going under in the next few years. When Juno entered the rideshare market in NYC, they did so by offering stock to drivers, and also had a 10% commission rate which underpaid drivers loved and appreciated. This low commission also helped riders feel like they were contributing to a good cause, and this helped Juno's goal of "happy drivers, happy riders" prevail. With that said, Juno revoked all of the driver's stock, and also now hiked its commission up due to TLC regulations and is not paying drivers more than Lyft or Uber is. Juno no longer has an edge in the business, and has not yet expanded out of NYC, though they said they would over 7 months ago.

    The people doing the legwork at the company are fantastic. Your customer service reps are the best of the best, and they are treated horribly. The feedback system makes them feel bad about trivial mistakes, and the turnover rate is outrageously high because nobody feels appreciated or valued. It honestly feels like management has no tolerance for people with physical or mental impairments, and needs to stop giving... "clarification meetings" to people who need to miss work for serious health concerns. Also there is no raise structure, and people who have been with the company for over a year get absolutely nothing in addition to base pay.

    Honestly I didn't write this review for a long time as I didn't want anything to do with Juno. At this time I can not really think of any Pros other than HR was nice once they hired someone new.

    Everything else. This company was the worse place I have ever worked at and I would avoid at all costs if you have any other professional opportunities, unless you are highly unskilled and have no access to other similar paying jobs or a career path. I unfortunately crossed paths with some horrible people while working there, not everyone was horrible but the environment was comparable to a middle school and... extremely toxic. My skills were better suited to other positions and work environments but due to life circumstances I had no choice but to be stuck there for a while. If I had not had the necessity and issues I was going through, I would have quit in the first month. If you are a confident person with experience and well developed skills save your self the waste of time. Every single person that was worth anything left their positions fairly quickly, only those that would not have opportunities elsewhere stayed.

    I understand that many of you haven’t developed past a cliquish middle/high school mentality but try to mature, cut the gossip, cut the personal opinions and get some training on professionalism asap.

    They hire great people, and offer a lot of fun activities and team building for coworkers to really enjoy the company of working with one another for so long.

    Contras

    Juno is not what Juno was. Downsized the office and many of it's comfort for those who work in Support. There is no longer comfortable seating within the office or places to relax close to the support areas. They are harsh on breaks, never taking into account how much work you've got done or overall satisfaction rates (so during that time of month, as a female, or any issues physically) be warned as you'll need to... express it to them. Biased management - their personal opinions matter more than their professional ones and in order to move within the company, it's no longer about merit but rather about being friends with the crowd. There have been way too many sexual confrontations about who is doing what with who, from management and mentors who are there to make sure your work environment is comfortable.

    Growing pains. Trial and error with some policy and procedures. Some people may respond well to quick change and this overall work environment. If you hate change and need consistency, maybe not the place for you.

    Juno (TLV) is an amazing place to work. I've never seen a company that goes out of its way to make sure that employees are comfortable as much as Juno does. Another unique aspect of the company is its employee culture. The HR department does its best to hire "good people" to ensure that toxic behavior such as ego and negativity do not infiltrate the office. Management thrives on feedback and adapts accordingly. I... can honestly say that in my 2.5+ years of working at Juno, I've never walked into the office with a frown on my face. The benefits at Juno are great. Employees are provided with a generous amount to use on 10Bis every day, in addition to a large pension, education fund, and more.
