    Fun company events, like monthly Happy Hour and bday celebrations. Nice that they try to be health-conscious Potlucks and other celebrations for holidays, birthdays and random events

    Not professional in the distribution of information like program launches No real answers to provide to the members or Reps regarding escalations, a lot of shoulder shrugs and being given the run- around (which we then have to give members and reps the run-around) Poor training program, unimportant processes and information reviewed, missed out on major and key objectives that we're actually doing daily (great... trainer though! just give them a better program to teach from) Promises and agreements between the company to the employees broken and no compensation or consideration taken Don't feel comfortable with the actual program, feels like a scam

    Give employees proper training, give everyone all of the information so they can be good at their jobs. change policies to actual programs for the members, because it feels very sneaky and scam-like, making it uncomfortable for people to try to retain members. KEEP YOUR WORD. If the company tells the employee they're going to do it, stick to that SIGNED agreement or compensate for your shortcomings

    Flexibility a few cool people. Most people lived by the culture which was great and beautiful, happy hours pancake breakfast and the culture crew itself included some nice wonderful real people

    Upper management who really don’t know how to manage, instead micromanage needing to know where you are to where you had to leave a note saying ladies room or getting a snack on your desk when you are away. Dealing with two faced people and gossip and messiness from certain co workers. The system wasn’t all that great. Coming from a huge corporation to this was shocking! Your boss not having your back, your boss not... fighting for you, your boss discussing other employees with employees. The sneakiness of it all all while they smiling in your face. They quick to point blame away from themselves and throw others under the bus. In the beginning you were happy then you will become unhappy. You would look forward to coming to work only to talk with the other cool nice people who aren’t happy either..self reviews but no merit increase.. HR isn’t for the employee it’s for the employer. There is no TRUST between HR and the company as no one trust them enough to even talk to them. The moral of this department was low as there are plenty of people not happy

    How about have the employee review their managers supervisors! You will be surprised at the results. Be honest transparent with the employees. Do an overhaul with upper management

    A couple of things to note before you read this review: 1. I left willingly, on my own accord, for a much better opportunity where I'm actually valued and seen as a human being. 2. Current employees were CONSTANTLY "politely asked" and "reminded" to write reviews on Glassdoor. I would estimate their real score to be about 2.1-2.3 out of 5 after adjusting for the inflated reviews. 3. This review is about the... corporate environment, not about the sales rep in the field. Some of the reps are actually pretty decent people despite being in a MLM. 4. I wish Glass Door allowed negative reviews. 5. If you're applying to work here, just know that some HR partners (like M.C.) are literal garbage. Some Pros: - Shoutout to the Culture team who is still doing their best to ease the pain of working there. They convinced leadership to spend money on providing free booze, food and fun events to help employees forget where they work at. The monthly Happy Hours are the only time I saw people being less miserable. -Benefits are really good if you're exempt, full time AND if your management is reasonable. Some departments actually allow their team to exercise the unlimited PTO. Some, like mine, made sure that this benefit only existed on paper. -Some of your coworkers are the best work friends you'll get. Sort of similar to being hazed together in a frat. After so much trauma, you automatically grow extremely close with your coworkers so you can battle PTSD together. -If you must work there, Rovia is the most normal entity under the WV Holdings umbrella. You will at least have a chance of being an average corporate goon and retaining some sanity there.

    Listed in ascending order of severity: -The healthcare credit program got a bit stingier this year. -If you're a contractor or hourly employee, you will be treated like second class citizen. -Good leaders are slowly losing their spirit, looking to leave, or already laid off by the insane executive team. -Most of the best people already left. When this company was actually fun to work at, WV corporate was... lucky enough to hire some great people who then referred their friends to come work there. There are still some amazing folks here, but they stay probably only because of the good insurance. Or perhaps because they've been there so long, it's near impossible to get the MLM stigma off their resumes. -If you don't fit into the boys club upstairs, you will never advance in your career. Not white, male, loud and an ego maniac? Not a chance. -All the diversity that attracted people a while back is now gone. This used to be a multi-racial, multi-ethnicity, multi-national, multi-faith, LGBTQ+ environment. Not anymore. -The new CEO is a textbook narcissist. He got rid of everyone who isn't a yes man to him and hired a bunch of pushovers to replace the senior management level. He destroys the old work culture and bullies his employees with any chance he gets. He was disrespectful even to level-headed executives who had been there for years. Classic dictatorship style micro-manager. -Their business model is based mainly off of profiting from rep membership and event revenue. The active reps number dwindled more than half within a year (see other reviews for specific data). The moment the cult stopped believing in the leaders' lies, their profit tanked. They are bleeding membership and therefore, not making any new money. -The flye smart card was a joke. It was a major investment into fin-tech where noone was capable of running that project diligently. The smartcard offering didn't fit well into their product portfolio, caused major financial losses and of course, brought even more false promises to their members. -Remember when they couldn't pay their reps for months? They lost the top rank sales people to rivalry companies and got stacks of lawsuit for not paying what was rightfully owed. After almost going bankrupt, somehow they got a loan and a bit of investment money which was then used to pay off the existing mountain of debts to their very own sale reps and vendors. Imagine funding a business by paying off debt with more debt. It's a dumpster fire on wheels y'all. Time to take an L and go. P.S.: Bonus Easter egg - look up David Wood MLM. Have fun researching.
