Poor management - Avaliação de funcionários no cargo de Senior Software Engineer na empresa APIsec

A year ago, management changed in the company. We hope for the best from the new management. But in return, we received something strange. Being in an honored & respectful position, the new management focuses on micromanagement, politics, toxic culture & team replacement. Instead of focusing on building the team, developing & productivity. For a year there is no productivity. They trouble the employees a lot with the new rules & regulations. Our old management is 10x better than current management.
