One-third of employees have been employed here over ten years; two-third of employees over five years.
Contras
Small business with limited internal growth opportunities. Most employees remain in the same position throughout employment. Benefits are competitive, but limited due to the size of the company. Recent growth problems including transition to Deltek time reporting and ADP payroll are being addressed.
