Prós
On a while, the company has great values, flexibility, decent benefits. Depending on the team/office it can be very good from what I've seen. However I had a very negative experience which I will elaborate on below.
Contras
Unfortunately they are not transparent in the interview stage and will promise ample opportunities in terms of projects, relocation, growth etc. none of which come true. The project weren't interesting at all, basically only data centers and no opportunities given to grow. It is said that you need to be proactive and it is a very individual-based company, but every time you ask for something it's like talking to a wall. Some people are put in people management positions do not have the skills or the empathy to be managing junior staff at all. There is a toxic atmosphere in some teams and a lot of favoritism. You will get kicked out if you voice your opinion too much. Feedback also isn't given clearly. What happened to me is also not the first time this has happened! Clearly they don't learn from their mistakes.
