      1) It is a fast growing company, you will have good exposure from different type of clients and you get to learn from other departments and grow your skillset. 2) Very supportive and friendly colleagues. They do not hesitate to help you when you are in need and occasionally kacau you for fun. 3) You can voice out on concerns or improvements needed, management will try to solve it.

      Contras

      As it is a growing company, workload might be high at times. You might need to juggle a few roles but that's the part where I learn and grow the most.

      Having the newest techstack dont' always yield the best result, on the contrary it may cause more harm than good due to technology stack that remains unproven and untested. This company has the tendency to use unproven techstacks which are fragile and could damaging in the long term. Long working hours Lack of senior engineers Lack of processes
