Once a year we receive a great profit sharing (in pt_BR: PLR), also at the end of the year, we receive an extra 13º salary that is called 14º salary.
Contras
The base salary is under the current market for senior mobile engineers, the career plan is very slow and also depend what level are you in the company. In my case, I'm level 6, and to be promoted to level 5 will depend if has an spot / chair available. For senior developers unfortunately the path is a manager chair, so you will stop coding or planning engineering architecture and will beginning to deal with managing people. In general, it's not the path desired from most developers that I talked to, but for some others it's ok to follow this path. Some benefits or perks are not the best comparing with the market, such as meal voucher (in pt_BR: Vale Refeição - VR), that is not enough to have a good lunch. Health care insurance is Unimed co-participatory, that you have to pay an a small amount when you schedule an appointment or an exam. The issue here is not being co-participatory, although the Unimed is not a good health care insurance. They has a bad refund police, and their doctors list are not the best. Also depending what kind of exame or appointment you need.
