Here is my experience - no wage negotiation - did not even want this on their table. - their famous RISE values? A sham.. to say the least - no intergrity - NO ACCOUNTABILITY - no morals when it comes to owning up for their mistakes - no morals when it comes to treating their employee correctly. - last minute change of schedules with NO notice - preaches work life balance - no options to see what days are available for PTO - you literally have to guess if a day is taken… - HR is useless when it matters - this comes to no surprise but needs to be mentioned. - large US base company - they have no clue for Canadian employment standards - 0 bonus for Canadian agents - USA agent have them - not willing to even discuss it. - this is just a short resume of me being here for over 1 year, I can’t imagine people staying.
