CEO has good vision for the company's future. Even though small in number, company has a set of bright people at middle management who are very promising. Good business exposure because of smaller company size. Good infrastructure, good location of office.
Contras
Senior Management is not competent enough to drive the vision of CEO and board. Company missed most of the industry trends over the last few years, and needs sincere effort to make a comeback. Do careful salary and profile negotiations before joining. Verbal assurances are mostly ignored. High attrition of quality people. Work-till-you-break kind of culture in certain business units. Internal politics between teams restricts quality discussions for improvements.
