I don’t recommend working for Direct Collection Bailiffs because it’s terrible here. This company has an awful culture and work environment. Employees often get insulted and verbally abused by the leadership, and it’s obvious that the leaders here look down on us. No one deserves to be treated like trash.

Salary isn't too bad, but there isn't any way for you to raise it, so working here long-term is a waste of time.

Zero training, zero opportunities to advance, zero support. Management doesn't set employees up for success, but instead sets them up for failure. If you're looking for a company that will help you grow your career, this is the last place you should be looking.
