      Very nice colleagues like freinds; short communication ways; working hours based on trust; good location; very nice top managers (GF)

      Contras

      Some managers are seldom available and try to handle important decisions without discussion but just per E-Mail; Many decisions are made without long-term planning but are done on the spot as in fire departments; There is no real rule or tarrif for salaries and it all depends on how you negotiate

      This internship has been a gateway for me into gaining insights about working of projects in Railways and the process of Validation and Verification. I have learned a lot in the last few months. Never had any issues from any seniors or team lead as they are all very supportive and professional.

      Contras

      Sometimes the opportunities to learn may be stifled due to the repeating cycle of work but this helps you understand the projects/topics more in-depth.
