Would be surprised if leadership lasts another six months. Ask yourself before considering a job here "Why does this channel still exist?" and accept that the company is designed to permit a small group to take advantage of Univision while doing the bare minimum to service the small number of cable viewers sticking around to watch the channel circle the drain.
