Contras

Não possuem suporte técnico para clientes, atendimento para retenção com filas de 2-4hrs, sem possibilidade de descanso para operadores, metas irrealistas, trabalho exaustivo, acaba com a saúde mental dos operadores.

There were none. Networking was poor, benefits were a scam, pay was semi-decent but offset by high benefits premiums, company culture is toxic.

Contras

Toxic work environment, awful benefits, toxic company culture, high employee turnover, mandated office attendance with heavily tracked badge ins and minutes, required overtime
