I would say in cloud teams it was much better. In onprem team it seems your are safe for now but actually getting rusted day by day.
Contras
-Challenging work environment -Micromangement -Trust Issues -Static growth/ actually trying to stop the growth financially with justification. - monotonous work and unwanted tasks and non tech stuff are followed now. -flexible working hours is nothing.
