Went through some rough patches during the merger other than that everything else was great

clever management, and some very talented employees

Management needs to better understand how an agency runs, and the R&R of the different departments. Some staff still thinks small and need to understand what deadlines and commitment mean. Once they figure our the right mix it will be a place with great potential
