I have never been in a role before where your well being is cared for as much as here. The people are great and the entire organisation is the embodiment of one big happy family. I have also never had so much freedom in a role to really take charge of where I want it go. It is an organisation that allows you to carve your own path and gives you the resources and the support to do it. There are also a number of other benefits from a gym, to a stocked kitchen, free supplements and even a meditation room. Since starting here I have lost 8 kilos, have a healthier mindset and feel a sense of satisfaction in what I do everyday.
Contras
If you are not open to honest communication, dealing with your baggage, stepping up as leader, performing at the highest level, having a positive mindset and working on yourself - you will find this a challenging work place. It is not just a job it is a culture and a lifestyle in which everyone gives 100% - If you see that a con and you are not prepared to bring a high energy, this place is definitely not for you.
