The hiring and trial process is extremely chaotic, treating candidates like an assembly line. There is a severe lack of design maturity within the management and project management teams. They expect finalized, high-fidelity visual UI designs during the initial structural wireframe phase, yet they fail to provide basic necessities like Brand Guidelines to make that possible. Worse, they offer "paid trials" but will abruptly cancel the project before the agreed-upon deadline, using vague excuses about "expectations" to avoid paying for the strategic work and structure already delivered. Internal communication is disjointed, with leadership clearly not aligned on project scopes.
