Great team, great management, great benefits, and Waterton is amazing.
Contras
There's a few people that have advanced and are absolutely terrible for the teams. Dealing with certain departments can be less than productive. The biggest problem is the culture within management. Most work 60hrs plus and dont even think twice about expecting that of peers and subordinates.
