This school is not a workplace to be recommended to work for as the place is very toxic thanks to the current Executive team and the current rotten atmosphere at the workplace. Mainly due to a group of individuals they spend their time spreading rumours to undermine other employees and resist any new idea which could improve our school. When it comes to the Principal, he has no empathy and drives his staff to breaking point with his behaviour. Since he has arrived the number of working hours has increased to a point that one of the Executive Team members has "disappeared" after burnout and didn't seem to get any support from the Executive Team to help her to come back...Some even took advantage of her leaving to take over her job. No comment to make as it says it all! There a light at this end of the tunnel as he is leaving at the beginning of July. Hopefully, the new Principal will create a more human workplace and help some of the Executive Team members to care more about each other and their team.
