An ideal place for someone who is driven, entrepreneurial and always up for going above and beyond what is expected. I have been supported by both senior management and colleagues since day one; with help, advice and friendly banter which makes MARS a great environment to work in. I have been tasked with growing a whole new division for the company which has been fully supported by the directors. This has helped us branch out and develop new relationships with exciting new clients. The atmosphere in the office is like no other place, every one is equal, even the directors get stuck in with the coffee rounds and always shout the first round at the pub. We work as a unit and gain strength from everyone's individual skills. All-in-all - this is best company I have ever had the pleasure of working with.
