Even if you do a great job that will be overlooked if you aren't kissing Sr. Managements butt. They have a sense of arrogance that I never saw when I was there but on the outside people know this and it's a knock on the company. Get ready to jump through hoops if you want to be hired there. You may even be lied to more than once.
