Majority of colleagues are kind, smart, and eager to help each other succeed at the company. Beautiful campus and everyone receives an office. Great for focus work.
Contras
Steep learning curve to learn the "MathWorks way of doing things." The company provides a robust onboarding experience but takes ~3 years to fully get the hang of it. Emphasis on collaboration to approve new programs can create bottlenecks and heavily slow projects down. Long-tenured MathWorks employees can be resistant to change.
