      No clear or structured career progression pathway Uncertainty around how to advance within the company Initial career interests are not always accommodated, with roles often shaped around company needs Being based in a different office can lead to reduced visibility, fewer opportunities, and skills being overlooked Progression issues contribute to limited salary growth and lower wages over time

      Prós

      Natural Power is full of smart, considerate, dedicated and professional people. I enjoyed working with everyone that I met, from management down. The benefits were generally good, if not "big tech company" levels. The culture is very welcoming and open, and I was given a lot of flexibility and autonomy.

      Contras

      Number of holidays and starting vacation days could be better, but it's not out of line for North American standards. Bonus structure is opaque.
