There’s a severe lack of clarity at almost every level — from leadership vision to day-to-day task expectations. Priorities keep shifting without proper communication, and you’re often left guessing what actually matters.
What makes it worse is the work culture. It feels increasingly toxic, with blame games being more common than accountability. Instead of fostering collaboration, there’s a noticeable tendency to single people out when things go wrong. Feedback, when given, is often vague or overly critical rather than constructive.
There’s also a disconnect between teams, which leads to unnecessary friction and delays. Rather than empowering employees, the environment feels draining and, at times, demotivating. Overall, it’s a place where confusion and negativity seem to outweigh growth and support.
