We’re genuinely sorry to hear that the wider experience didn’t feel as supportive as it should have, particularly around feeling out of your depth and the level of guidance from management. We aim to make sure everyone feels supported from day one, so it’s disappointing to hear this wasn’t your experience.
We also appreciate you raising your concerns around monitoring breaks. We're unsure where exactly you were based but in the likes of our contact centre and helpline environments, this is in place to help us manage coverage for our members, but it should never make colleagues feel uncomfortable. Feedback like yours is important in helping us ensure this is handled in the right way.
We’d always encourage colleagues to reach out to our People team if something doesn’t feel right, so we can step in early and provide the right support.
