Great product and team of people both in EU and Canada. Fast growing company in the European sector. Potential to climb the ladder, but do not expect it to go too if you are a innovator and self reliant person. If you are a worker Bee you work life balance is good.
Contras
Run by Canadian parents company. Senior management do not want to delegate and allow local management to be self reliant and use initiative or changes to make things better for the local markets. It has to be done their way and only their way. So if you are happy to do a job, not to question it then you will have a great career with them.
