It's kinda big company, but from inside you can see "little big planet" - all people are persons, not employees. It feels like tribe - not like mechanism. So it comfortable for life-work balance

Salary depends on rubbles :( So it cut salary every month and feel not so stable. Actually not so big problem, but...
