Constant firing and hiring makes us all nervous for our job security Too many recent changes to product stack and solutions Poor communication with employees Management happy to use stick but not carrot Lack of global vision Not interested in keeping good customer relations No idea of how to do business outside of Texas! No employee value or loyalty Narrow minded approach to business Management happy to promote stupidity Management happy to step on the 'little people' No regard for long-standing business relationships If I had to guess, RF Code are just looking for a quick exit strategy rather than a long term business 2 large customers and if either leave, RF Code will be in trouble
