Perfect environment if you want to explore new AI technologies or develop skills. The company invests in your growth and the benefits package is excellent. You're constantly learning from some of the brightest minds in tech.
Contras
Occasionally there's a gap between what leadership commits to and what gets delivered, though this hasn't affected my experience much.
