Fulfilling work with nonprofit clients for good causes all over the world.

Supervisors and managers do not receive any management training and are unqualified to manage other employees. Onboarding process is minimal at best. This is not a family friendly company. Paternity leave is not offered and maternity leave is almost non-existent. One employee who manages two others, on multiple occasions, admitted to me that she set up her own direct reports for failure in attempt to force them out of the company because they were “unliked.” Innovation is incredibly slow and not well communicated to the rest of the company. HR has turned a blind eye to several complaints from different people of one employee’s inexcusable behavior towards others. That employee is still employed there and often celebrated because of their work, in spite of all these complaints. As you can imagine, the turnover rate is incredibly high at this company. In my time there I saw more than 8 people leave or be fired from RKD group. Expect to be called and texted by bosses and supervisors at any time, day or night, business hours or not.
