There is absolutely nothing positive to say about this company.

I had to go back and rewrite my submission because I have more to add. Leadership is completely disconnected. They drive a culture of fear and a culture of finger pointing. HR Leaders are not your ally and does not hold the upper management accountable. Upper management is free to treat their employees like collateral damage, and will never take the blame. You have a leader who sits behind a desk and computer screens all day long, just to come out of their office and tell you how poorly you are as an employee. There’s zero positive recognition, and the positive recognition they do provide is hollow and not genuine. The only thing that comes remotely to positive recognition is their joke of trophies that they hand out during the Whittle awards that they probably got at some local thrift store. They claim that they pay "competitive salaries" based upon their "market research." Whatever they are using for their "market research" is completely wrong. However, what the kicker is are their benefits. You think you're going to get a decent paycheck, but when you're paying $900 a paycheck in benefits alone, you can forget about that. They do not provide merit raises and instead tie management salary to the "performance" of the company, which again on the surface sounds great, but it is not. Why you ask? Well the company performs so poorly that you can forget about getting a pay raise. Oh, and those benefits I referred to earlier, those go up every year so you can go ahead and just lower your expectations on your take home pay. The upper leadership? Oh they get their pay raises because theirs are not tied to RWI's performance but rather the overall performance of the Castellini Company, which is completely separate. Work life balance, you can forget about that too. Caring about your family? Or trying or prioritize your family? Forget about that. When my wife was on maternity leave, and I was with her just right after the birth of my child, I had upper leadership calling me to complain about how the team was performing. They did not even care that I had higher priorities. They expect you to work 60+ hours a week, and then be on call because you're management. The respect that they have for individuals is non-existent. Upper management will claim that they are "innovative" in their technology, but the reality is, they are not. They claim that they provide their customers with Logistics Solutions and BI, but the facts are it is just some glorified version of an Excel spreadsheet. They tout that they have a suite of offerings, but the reality is they do not have the ability to be competitive. Simply put they also sell their customers on an incredulous narrative. Finally, the upper management plays favorites, and outwardly displays that. The entire senior leadership team is an absolute disgrace in terms of leadership. Their leadership will continue to drive the organization into the. No growth equals cuts to the people at the bottom just to get solvent. Until there is a complete overhaul in upper leadership, nothing will change. People will lose their jobs, their turnover rate will be ways above the industry norm, and leadership will continue to stare behind a computer screen just being oblivious. The only way that they haven’t gone out of business is because of the fact that they are supported by the parent company, the Castellini Group
