      I've worked with the people at Ragnar for almost eight years now, the management is super down to earth and honest group of people. They'll push you to do good work, but they'll do it in a friendly way that helps you get better without dwelling on mistakes. Expect to be treated with respect, these are good people.

      Contras

      If you can't handle a company where precision and quality matters then it's probably best not to work here. They're nice people but they still expect quality work.

      We're working on some exciting campaigns for the 2018 election. The partners are all very accessible. They encourage innovation, and are willing to talk through new ideas and strategies. If deadlines are tight, the partners make sure you have all the help you need to get the project done. They'll work side-by-side with you to get it done.

      Contras

      I've been working at Ragnar for over a year and have no complaints.
